Borrowing from the Times

Melissa Hamilton's tomato-ricotta soup and grilled cheese zucchini from Noshateria looked so tasty I had to try them today. I didn't quite get a soup out of the tomatoes but they did make a good, fresh sauce for some fresh spinach linguini. And this is another simple, tasty way to have zucchini. It cooks just enough to be tender and juicy but not mushy.
