Your questions answered shortly

Every week I get a follow-up question or two and I always mean to reply, but I usually forget. So later this week I'll try to answer some of the questions I've gotten, including "what are Jerusalem artichokes" and "why do you want a kitchen rug, anyway?" and "who is Richard Tuttle?"
