Pink pasta


Maybe this isn't the most delicious pasta dish I've ever made, but it's definitely the most entertaining.

Cut a few beets into short, skinny sticks (I believe this is called baton-cut). Set aside. Boil angel hair pasta, rinse in cold water, drain, and pour directly on top of the beets. Stir together with half a stick of butter cut into pats. And that's it! The still-warm pasta will cook the beets a little.
