My sister, Angelica, knowing that I'm obsessed with local this, sustainable that, took me to Larkburger. They use Coleman natural beef for their burgers, fresh Idaho Russet potatoes for their fries (cooked in 100% canola oil, trans-fat free), Tilamook cheddar, and other wonderful goodies. The restaurant itself is built from eco-friendly materials.

Their menu is limited, which is a good thing in my opinion. Everything was delicious. I resisted the truffle oil fries only to sample Angelica's when I saw they were topped with chopped parsley. Excellent! Must return to Larkburger...
